Origin: Medial process of calcaneal tuberosity and plantar aponeurosis.
Insertion:
Plantar sides of middle phalanges of lateral four toes

Function: Flexes lateral four toes at proximal interphalangeal joint

Nerve Supply: Medial plantar nerve from the tibial nerve.
