Sprains are injuries to the ligament where connecting bones in a joint, overstretching of the ligament that crosses normal joint of the range of motion.
Most common sports injuries are not under your control, but most of the time sports injuries are preventable. Preventive measures are following-
- Warm up & cool down
- Wear right gear
- Increase flexibility
- Strengthening muscle
- Use proper technique
- Take breaks
- Stop playing activity if there is any pain
